User research is the basis of business decisions. Typical Case 1:We helped a well-known domestic commercial real estate company conduct a systematic study of youth culture. In this project, we identified 13 niche youth culture groups and collected information through in-depth user interviews and consumer research. Then, we analyzed the size, hardcore levels, and potential for commercialization these groups, summarized the general law of the evolution of subcultures and provided an outlook on the prospects of each subculture. Finally, based on our analysis, we provided specific suggestions on capturing the opportunities in the youth culture market for our client.
Typical case 2:We helped a well-known domestic travel service company design its travel service product for enterprise customers. We defined about 20 key industry segments through a literature search, and researched their business travel scenarios, frequency, car needs, and payment preferences through corporate user interviews to provide key inputs for the client's new business design.
Typical case 3:We helped a global leading IT hardware manufacturer to conduct customer demand research on several key industries in China. Through interviews with typical corporate customers, we clarified the business trends, IT development trends, procurement scales of IT hardware, procurement decision-making process, and supplier selection criteria, and provided optimization suggestions for the development of key accounts in various industries.
